CQT also has teams involved in Singapore’s national-level quantum programmes:
- National Quantum-Safe Network (NQSN), a public-private testbed for scientific and engineering research in quantum communications
- National Quantum Computing Hub (NQCH), a joint initiative of CQT, A*STAR's Institute of High Performance Computing and the National Supercomputing Centre
- National Quantum Federated Foundry (NQFF), hosted at A*STAR's Institute of Materials Research and Engineering.
- National Quantum Processor Initiative (NQPI), driven by CQT’s Director
