The Centre's outreach programme exists to inspire young people's interest in science, to support media reporting on quantum technologies, and to engage adults from all backgrounds in learning about how nature works and what new technologies may affect their future.
For public
Want to learn about quantum physics? You don't need to have any science background to get started. Browse our recommended resources and find out what events you can join, from talks to film festivals.
For schools
CQT is keen to work with schools to support and encourage interest in science in young students. Students are keen too: quantum physics offers mind-blowing ideas and quantum technologies promises future jobs.
For media
We're happy to help media professionals find expert comment or research stories. CQT's scientists have been interviewed by media worldwide, from the BBC to the Wall Street Journal. We also host visits and residencies.
Outreach activities
Find self-paced online courses and videos for all levels of learner at the beta-launched Quantum Talent website. CQT is a member of the National Quantum Computing Hub that leads this initiative.
We usually offer a summer camp in the June holidays for pre-University students in Singapore. Check our dedicated QCamp website for more details!
Take part in our annual contests for short film and fiction that draw inspiration from quantum physics.
Play this puzzle game in your browser to explore quantum phenomena. The Quantum Game features cute quantum components and accurate physics.
CQT features in a short film produced in 2023 about research and development in quantum technologies in Singapore.
