The Quantum and Complexity Science Initiative (QuSCI) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is currently seeking up to 3 research fellows in various aspects of quantum mechanics, information theory and complexity.
QuSCI is supported by the Complexity Institute at NTU, and the Centre for Quantum Technologies at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Both institutes hold significant international presence and offer excellent opportunities for discussions with leading researchers in quantum information and complexity scientists. The institute is situated in the tropical island nation of Singapore; which has been consistently ranked as one of the top cities of the world for expatriates. Successful candidates will enjoy an after-tax salary of 58,000 - 72,000 SGD per annum.
We are specifically seeking candidates with an excellent track record in one or more the following areas:
Candidates displaying excellence in any other area of quantum information or complexity science are also most welcome to apply. Application review is scheduled on the 1st May. Subsequently, staggered review rounds will be held on the 15th and 1st of each month till all positions are filled. Successful candidates can begin from June 2019 onwards.
