Executive, Events and Programme Management

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Serve as the secretariat and logistical support for all meetings/visits in the Centre, which includes coordination of monthly colloquia, in-house talks, workshops, conferences, public talks, industry and outreach events.
  • Oversee the Centre’s Academic Visitor Programme, which includes logistical support in respect of visitors’ accommodations, office and finances.
  • Prepare materials for events/visits and correspondingly update the Centre’s website and other resources.
  • Support the Centre’s Administrative and Outreach arms, which may include data consolidation for reports, maintaining and updating Centre’s databases and mailing list.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.




  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Polytechnic graduates with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work both as a team-member among multiple stakeholders and as an individual.
